Rental Criteria**

** Not Required but often requested by landlords and property managers

  • 600+ Credit Score (Many start at 650+)
  • Earn 3x the Rent Amount
  • No Evictions
  • No bankruptcies within the last 7 years
  • No violent/adverse background
  • 2 Years of Employment
 

Rent to Own Criteria

Criteria:

550+ Credit Score (DIVVY), 620 Credit Score (Home Partners)

Earn $40,000+/year (individual OR combined)

Have 3 months of check stubs

Have enough saved for a double deposit or 1-2% down
